Jukka Rapo is known for his fabulous underwater photos. He is a master at photographing things that many of us have never even seen with our own eyes. He captures ships in the surf of the waves and on the sea floor, seaweed rising towards the surface, uncertain feet reaching for the swimming step at the breakwater and the ever-changing sea!
